All ingredients used in the production of our flagship ales are certified organic and locally sourced when available

  • Our seasonal brews are produced using malt grown and processed by farms in the San Luis Valley that utilize regenerative practices.

  • Our spent grain is donated to local farms for livestock feed. 

  • We use energy efficient lighting throughout our brewery and taproom.

  • We use biodegradable and environmentally friendly cleaning products in our brewery and taproom.

  • Our food vendors participate in our composting program by using compostable food ware and cutlery.

  • We donate kegs to raise money for local environmental non-profits and community fundraisers.
